Girona properties for sale:

A large building plot (currently a greenfield site) with a project to build a large, detached house fully equipped with luxury fittings and internal finishes, all ready to go, very well located in Vilobi d'Onyar, which is near the airport and the main AP7 motorway to Barcelona. Girona is just 15 mins away and 20 mins to the coast. Clients can choose what styles of kitchen and bathroom they like. Selective and unique new-build apartments with balconies (21 in total, 1/2 beds to attic penthouses) within the centre of a lovely, old medieval village with buckets of charm called Llado between Girona and Figueres, perfect for a bit of peace and quiet whilst being close to the Costa Brava coast. I've viewed these recently with the developer and was impressed by the location, the build quality, views and this unspoilt and quiet corner of the Catalan countryside. These really are a 'one-off' with completion due in summer 2009, and prices starting at around just 170,000 € including underground parking.
The village has two restaurants, a doctors, pharmacy, bank, library, outdoor public pool, post office and a butchers. It's only 12 kms from Fiqueres city and the main AP7 motorway is close. Surrounding areas are selling similar sized properties for substantially more, so now is the right time to secure one of these.
5. Girona centre, Placa Catalunya which is as central as you can get! might suit an investor. A block of four apartments requiring renovation or it could be transformed into a single, large property. It's close to everything, just a stone's throw from Gironas' old town and near to all the facilities you'll need.
